Strategic Plans

The elected PATH Intl. Board of Trustees sets the vision and direction for the organization. To make that vision come to life a strategic plan is regularly set and implemented. Through focus groups, calls and survey work, the membership provides feedback on the wants and needs of those working in the industry. This data informs the plan, and the staff gets to work delivering measurable results to move the organization toward its goals.
