Kristin E. Mason is a PATH Intl. Advanced Instructor, PATH Intl. Mentor, PATH Intl. Apprentice Evaluator, PATH Intl. Associate Visitor, PATH Intl. State Chair, Equi-Myo Certified Equine and Canine Trigger Point Myotherapist, Veterinary Assistant and Owner/Operator of Holistic TPM & Kritter Care by Kristin and DoodleBug Farm Consulting. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of EAA including instruction, small program management, volunteer management and special programs management. Reining Hope Adaptive Equine Activities & Therapies, LLC located on 38 acres in Morgan, VT officially opened in January 2013!

reining-hopeReining Hope became a PATH International Member Center in May 2012 and will be seeking Accreditation in Fall 2013. Kristin Mason, PATH Intl. Advanced Instructor and ESMHL, is the owner and Program Director at Reining Hope. Reining Hope operates year round with a 70’ x 144’ indoor riding arena and 60’ x 90’ 10-stall barn with office space and observation room. The farm owns 7 horses and year-round boarding is available for up to 3 additional horses. Thus far, 25 volunteers have attended Volunteer Orientation & Training sessions that occurred in February and March 2013. Volunteers have started assisting in barn/facilities management, equine management and some will be starting April 2013 assisting with program sessions both mounted and unmounted.

On April 12 – 15, 2013 Reining Hope is hosting clinics/lessons with Heidi Potter, CHA Master Instructor & Clinician. Heidi will be working with participants and horses on Horse Agility Play, Gaining Confidence and giving private and semi-private lessons. Reining Hope is also scheduling other workshops/clinics with Nicole Birkholzer (Mindful Connections) and David Bradham (Horse Wise) in partnership as presenters, Introduction to Animal Communication with Kristin Mason (Reining Hope), and more!
