Center Non-Compliance Solutions

So, you’ve renewed your center membership, but have received a non-compliant letter from PATH Intl. Don’t panic! The most common reasons for non-compliance can be easily resolved. Here is a list of the reasons your center might be non-compliant, and the steps to take to correct the problem and keep your center membership in good standing:

Missing complete renewal booklet:  If you made payment but didn’t update your renewal data, your center is non-compliant until we receive this information. This can be corrected in two ways. This information can be entered online by the primary contact or executive director. After logging in, go to “my account” and then click on your Center’s name to get to your center’s profile information, and then click on “edit information” and a new screen will open, allowing you access to update all information. At the top is all of your center’s contact information, address, phone, etc.  Scroll down a little further, and the renewal data begins at the field called “Year of Renewal”. Be sure to change the date to 01/01/2012 – that is how we know that you did go in and update the information for your 2012 renewal. If this date is not filled in correctly we will not recognize that you completed this step. Then fill in all the data as it is currently applicable. The data you see already there is what we collected on your center during your 2011 renewal. If the information is correct, you don’t need to change it.  Be sure to update every field as necessary, and be sure to enter your updated insurance policy information and expiration date, and also be sure to fill in the dates of your compliance signature and insurance compliance (just like signing and dating a paper document). Then be sure to hit save at the bottom. Or, if you prefer to send in a hard copy of the renewal booklet, you can download it here.

Instructor (Credentialed Professional) Report: All PATH Intl centers are required to have at least one certified instructor on staff, and sending us a list of your instructors at time of renewal is a requirement. If you have not sent in your instructor report, you can download the form here and fax or mail it in or email it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Accreditation Fee of $100 or $150: If your center is a Premier Accredited Center, you are required to pay the PAC fee in addition to your membership dues. The amount due is based on the date of your last accreditation site visit. This fee can be paid online by the primary contact. After logging in, go to “my account”, click on your center’s name and then go to “my transactions”. There you will find the open invoice, described as “certification renewal” to be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Or, if you prefer to pay by check it can be mailed in to the PATH Intl office.

$50 Late Fee: If your renewal was postmarked or paid after January 16 then a $50 late fee is due in addition to your membership dues. This can be paid online by the primary contact. After logging in, go to “my account”, click on your center’s name and then go to “my transactions”. There you will find the open invoice(s) to be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. If you are not seeing an open invoice for $50 on your account, but it is owed, you can shop for this item in the PATH Intl. store, add it to your cart and pay for it that way. If you prefer to pay by check you can mail it in to the PATH Intl office.

Insurance Policy Number is missing or has not been updated: All PATH Intl centers are required to maintain insurance coverage, and we need to have your policy number on file. This information can be entered online by the primary contact or executive director – refer to the directions above for entering renewal booklet information; insurance compliance information is at the bottom of the page. Or, if you prefer to send a hard copy of this information, the insurance compliance information is on page 10 of the 2014 center renewal booklet.

Insurance Policy Expiration Date has not been updated: All PATH Intl centers are required to maintain insurance coverage, and we need to have your policy expiration date on file, and if your policy is expired your center is non-compliant. In most cases, the expiration date has not been updated and appears expired.

Insurance Compliance was not signed and dated:  All PATH Intl centers are required to sign an insurance compliance statement annually. This statement can be signed online by the primary contact or executive director and must also be dated (just like signing and dating a paper document). If the date is not filled in, we can not tell if the signature is new for 2014 compliance, so even if you filled in your name, we still need the date of your signature filled in. Refer to the directions above for entering renewal booklet information; insurance compliance information is at the bottom of the page. Or, if you prefer to send a hard copy of this information, the insurance compliance information is on page 10 of the 2014 center renewal booklet.

PATH Intl. Center Annual Statement of Compliance was not signed and dated: All PATH Intl centers are required to sign a compliance statement annually. This statement can be signed online by the primary contact or executive director and must also be dated (just like signing and dating a paper document). If the date is not filled in, we can not tell if the signature is new for 2014 compliance, so even if you filled in your name, we still need the date of your signature filled in. Refer to the directions above for entering renewal booklet information; the center compliance statement information is at the bottom of the page, just above the insurance information. Or, if you prefer to send a hard copy of this information, the center compliance statement is on page 9 of the 2014 center renewal booklet.

PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center Annual Statement of Compliance was not signed and dated:  In addition to the annual center compliance that all centers must sign, Premier Accredited centers are required to sign an additional compliance statement regarding their premier status. Or, if you prefer to send a hard copy of this information, the premier accredited center compliance statement is on page 9 of the 2014 center renewal booklet.
